Eumer Teardrop Tube 3


1. Choose Eumer tear drop tube, inner lining tube, hook mounting tube and conehead

2. Melt a collar to one end of the lining tube


3. Apply a few drops of superglue to prevent the brass tube from rotating, push the lining tube into the teardrop tube


4. Install the hook mounting tube and start tying


5. Wind tying thread ovwer the body to form a key


6. Tie in a tail from golden fluorofibre


7. Turn it over and trim

8. Tie in the rib from silver oval


9. Tie in silver flatbraid and wind it over half of the body

10. The front body from green spectra dubbing

11. The body prepared


12. Wind the rib and brush to loosen the fibres

13. Tie in the first wing from yellow fox


14. Add few strands of anglehair


15. Turn over to double


16. Take a yellow hen / cock hackle


17. Tie in from the tip


18. Wind the hackle secure and cut off excess


19. Tie in the second wing from green fox

20. Add few stands of peacock hearl


21. Whip finish and add a few drops of varnish

22. Install conehead, cut and leave 2mm of the lining tube and melt the lining tube to form a collar against the cone to secure it


23. The fly is finished.
