Eumer Tag tube 2


1. Select Eumer tag tube, inner lining tube and the conehead

2. Apply heat with a cigarette lighter to form a collar to one end of the lining tube


3. Fix the tag tube into vise and start tying

4. Tie in ribbing from red lagartun flatbraid

5. Take a few peacock herl strands


6. Tie them in from their tips to the back of the body

7. Wind them forward to form the body

8. Wind the ribbing and secure it


9. Tie in first wing pointing forwards from black fox and then turn it back and secure it in place


10. Add some pink angelhair over the wing


11. Tie in the second wing from black arctic fox


12. Cut of excess fox from the head and tidy it up


13. Tie in front hackle from pink ostrich


14. Cut off excess hackle and secure


15. Whip finish and add few drops of superglue or varnish

16. install comehead and apply heat to form a collar to secure the conehead

17. The fly is finished
