Eumer Plastic tube 1
Take an approx. 4 cm (1.5 + inch) length of plastic tube and superglue a length of thinner inner lining tube inside it leaving about 1 cm (app 3/ 8 in.) at the tail end of outer tube to accommodate a hook.  Tie in a tail in a location where the inner tube terminates.  Tie in body floss / (in this case orange lagartun flatbraid ) and ribbing tinsel to the underside of the tail Wind the flatbraid to the rear half of the body  Dub the front half of the body from your chosen coulour, in this case peacock ice dub is used  Tie in a long cock hackle from it stem  Wind the hackle to the back of to body, lock the hackle in place with the tinsel by winding towards the head in opposite direction.  Secure tinsel, brush the hackle and dubbing by using a velcro strip or a toothbrush (fibres cut short)
 Tie in a few strands of flashabou or similar winging fibres with varying lengths  Tie in first wing from black arctic fox.  Tie in a few strands of flashabou or similar winging fibres with varying lengths above the first wing  Tie in the second wing from orange arctic fox  Cheeks from jungle cock to make it more attractive, apply few drops of superglue or varnish the strengthen the wings  Tie in the front hackle from soft hackle, say hen hackle, schlappen etc  Insert Eumer Brass monster conehead, which will cause the soft hackle to live attractively in the turbulence generated by the monster conehad.  Trim off leaving approximately 2mm of the inner lining tube, apply heat and melt the inner tubing to form a collar against the conehead to keep it in place. Your fly is finished !  Fly shown from the front. The front hackle will vibrate attractively in the water when using brass monster cones.
